WINS Package

The When It’s News (or WINs) Package was a strategic communications project developed with the goal of educating our federal client on the importance of communicating the successes and milestones of their grant programs.

This presentation deck is an overview of the approach and key strategies deployed by my team in collaboration with client leadership. This presentation marked the beginning of a new strategy rolled out across several client programs, with the tactics described being implemented by both internal and external stakeholders.
